John Deighan chief executive of the Society for the protection of unborn children reports on the recent ruling in Belfast (8February) by Mr Justice Colton who ruled that the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland Brandon Lewis acted lawfully when he directed ministers to accomodate a dramatic increase in the number of abortions in the province. He (SPRU CEO) has set out the main points which include
1 the secretary of state acted lawfully in directing the Stormont Executive to impose abortion in Northern Ireland (this a complete denial of democracy in Northern Ireland.)
2. that Mr Lewis has the legal power to take whatever action he considers necessary for the implementation of the Abortion Regulations 2020.
(the regulations impose a framework for liberal abortion on Northern Ireland based on the recommendations of a 2018 United Nations Report)
3 The court ruling applies to all "recommendations" contained in paragraphs 85 and 86 of the UN Committee on the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of discrimination against women (CEDAW) report-- which includes other things like sex education.
4 Justice Colton characterised abortion as a "fundamental constitutional right" which of course is total nonsense a complete denial of democracy in Northern Ireland.
Mr Deighan goes on to say that the court ruling comes as a huge blow to Northern Ireland`s unborn children and their mothers. If fully implemented the abortion regulations will massively increase the killing of unborn children. Based on abortion rates elsewhere in the UK, SPUC estimates that at least 6000 unborn babies will be killed each year by abortion in Northern Ireland if the abortion regulations are fully implemented in line with Justice Colton`s ruling.
SPUC have indicated they will be appealing this ruling The vote last week in the Assembly on exclusion zones around abortion centres brought by the green party Claire Bailey was passed by one vote!
This poison that abortion is a constitutional right emanates from the British eugenic society who see abortion as a useful tool to decrease the population of the world in addition of course to the deadly vaccine jab.
the abortion movement in the UK also comes from the British monarchy who are eugenic through and through. It makes one wonder what is the point of having a devolved Stormont if it is completely ignored. It is time for a new approach. devolution with its undemocratic single transferable vote system(which would never be accepted in most other countries) has not served the people of Northern Ireland well.
