Government legislation and mandates are not law, they are advice. There is no lawful authority to enforce wearing of masks, tests or medical interventions. It is unlawful and discriminatory to require face coverings on entering public premises. Denying entry is also unlawful and carries severe penalties for a person who is harassing someone who has chosen lawful exemption to not wear a face covering. The guidelines from the UK government state if you feel distress or anxious you may remove the face covering,. The person should not be challenged as if you do you can be fined. Also there are dozens of scientific studies showing that a face covering does not prevent the transmission of any virus.
Some seem to be under the illusion that because governments are ignoring universal and inalienable human rights then these no longer apply. Nothing could be further from the truth. The United Nations UNESCO
declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights was accepted unanimously by 191 nations in 2005. Article 6 states
" any preventative medical intervention(face masks, vaccines,diagnostic covid tests,therapeutic gene therapy etc) is only to be carries out with the prior free and informed consent of the person concerned based on adequate information. the consent may be withdrawn at any time by the person concerned without disadvantage or predudice."
In addition the Nuremberg code established in 1946 at the trials of the Nazi criminals is in operation today and covers the same ground as the UN Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights.
