Belgium antartica base has many cases of Covid. How did it get there after many precautions?

This antartica base is over 100 miles inland so it is clearly a mystery.  They used the PCR test on arrivals.  However the late Dr Kary Mullis who discovered the process of PCR said that it cannot be used for diagnostics. It is a process not a diagnostic.  So it is fake to use it as a diagnostic.

    From 1 January 2022 the US is ending its use.  That means that the 206 million positive PCR tests throughout the world so far are all fake!
